$75 per hour
8-hour minimum

How it works.
Invoices will be sent via Square.
25% due to book
A booking payment of 25% of the agreed wedding photography total is due to reserve your date, once availability and booking details are confirmed. It goes toward your total—it isn’t an extra fee.
Paid in full 14 days before your wedding
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your wedding date.
For 8 hours of coverage

This example is for eight hours. Your booking payment is 25% of your agreed total.
When plans have to change
Extraordinary circumstances.
If a genuine event beyond either party’s control—sometimes called an “act of God,” such as a natural disaster—prevents the wedding or photography coverage from taking place, please get in touch as soon as possible.
We can discuss cancellation or rescheduling case by case. Any arrangements we agree on, including how payments or refunds are handled, will be confirmed in writing. This is not a promise of an automatic refund.
This describes flexibility for extraordinary events, not a complete cancellation policy. Ordinary cancellations, date changes, and other refund terms will need to be agreed in your written photography agreement before booking.
